| True Colors International
is the preeminent provider of training and educational materials on personality temperament theory through its subsidiary True Colors, Inc. In 2004, True Colors International (formerly known as LBC Global, Inc.) acquired True Colors, Inc., which for nearly 30 years has provided effective training programs to the private and public sectors, teaching people how to discover their personal strengths, while understanding and valuing the strengths of others.
True Colors provides a model for identifying personality styles by grouping common attributes into four colors – blue, orange, green and gold. This simple model of understanding behavior patterns at work, at home, in relationships, in stressful situations, and at play helps individuals develop a deeper understanding of who they are and how they relate to the world.
The True Colors program is based upon the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, as refined by David Keirsey, who classified personality and/or temperament into four types. True Colors has translated this theory into simple and practically applied information. It brings complex ideas out of both academia and psychotherapy and sets them in clear, real-life applications – all based on the four True Colors.
The Company’s programs include seminars, live shows and keynotes, online assessments, consulting, and published materials in the areas of personal development, education, leadership, team building, communication, conflict management, parenting, coaching and wellness. True Colors develops customized programs for companies, schools, colleges and universities, hospitals, government, military installations and non-profit organizations throughout the world.
